A high-end home inspection alleviates stress and confusion related to negotiations, insurance applications, pricing for resale, renovations, safety and much more. Sometimes the inspection reveals serious problems and other times it erases doubts about the home of someone's dreams.

Fees reflect the QUALITY our inspections and services as well as property specifications, including size, age, customized features, location, environmental testing, price, foundation design, location and time of inspection. Inspectors are information providers and all consumers should note that experienced, fully insured, and highly specialized inspectors set their fees according to the results they are able to produce. An exceptional inspection means saving money, gaining peace of mind and making wise decisions based on credible evaluations.
Note: If you are working with a real estate agent, be certain to ask his or her reasons for referring a particular inspector.
